interVal, Ontario Canada - UX Design Lead (Contract)

• Oversee design system management, new feature designs, user research, and product updates. Led product innovation and design of the business valuation forecast feature in sponsorship with the Canadian Government. $250k in equity-free funding for development. Redesigned user onboarding to accommodate 3 user groups. Designed and improved user onboarding for 3 user flows - cloud, manual import, and revenue band setup. This saw accounting data connections increase by 1200%, increased sales success, and reduced user drop-offs.

Brass Technologies, Lagos Nigeria - Product & Design Lead (Full Time)

• Designed invoicing feature for the Business Banking app (web and mobile). Led design and strategy for the Sales Agent app to increase sales acquisition for the business banking app by onboarding less tech-savvy businesses with good revenue. Principal designer for the Brass Money app. Co-led product ideation for Brass Money to deliver a current account banking app for professionals to manage their money, access salaries before payday, and co-own accounts with their partners.

• Designed the cross-platform navigation to ensure smooth interactions and experiences across screens and platforms. Designed the bill cards to enable users easily track and pay their health bills, in collaboration with the team.

Formplus - Product & Design Lead (Full Time)

• Established and managed the first design system. Redesigned the form builder, dashboard, form analytics and reports, team categorizations, and file management processes. Ideated and designed the PDF builder which grew Formplus site traffic by 57%, active users from 5k to 12k+ in 6 months, and retention to over 300%.

Kimoyo Fellowship, Lagos Nigeria - UI/UX Designer (Freelance)

• Designed and managed email marketing campaigns to improve mobile user conversion for fintech apps clients. Tracked email performances through unique tracking URL code embedded in marketing emails. Oversaw content optimization, and campaign ROIs. Taught grid system, and principles of UI design to entry-level designers.

BlueLeaf, Ogun & Lagos NGR - Co-Founder & Product Designer (FullTime)

• Led product innovation and development of the agro vendor platform. Designed and maintained key features like the farmer dashboard, marketplace, delivery tracker, swift checkout, in-app messaging, and vendor dashboard. Over 15 tons of veggies and spices were traded on the platform. With an incubator budget of $10k, the platform generated 82k in revenue for the two years it ran.
