- Product compliance to Standard on Web Accessibility and WebAIM for tables, forms, navigations, labels, clear warnings, and information actions.
- Migrated the design system to Ant Design Library and Fusion Charts to keep to product standards
- Led product innovation in partnership with the Canadian Government. $250k in equity-free funding for development.
- Redesigned user onboarding to accommodate 3 user groups. User drop-offs were at an all-time high. Through Hot-jar readings, 75% of users who sign up end up not uploading their accounting data.
- I designed 3 user flows - cloud, import, and manual setup. This saw accounting data connections increase by 1200%.
- I designed valuation ratio data performance scale that track and report financial data, valuation data, and financial sorting data in an elaborate yet easy-to-skim through a table for managers to make informed decisions about their portfolio businesses.
- Utilize google analytics to study and interpret site visits and clicks and where users spent more time. I used that to influence content optimization, approaching app mockups used on the site, and how this translates to demos and pitch decks used in marketing and sales.

Brass Technologies, Lagos Nigeria - Product & Design Lead (Full Time)
- Filtered product requests from Hubspot into two key user needs Terminal and invoicing.
- The principal designer handled terminals. I designed the invoicing features. Addressing unpaid invoice tracking plaguing businesses. This saw an increased cash flow of up to 42%.
- Tracked sales cycle data and ran the numbers against MSME business reports by the Nigerian Statistics Bureau on Businesses. Analyzed site visitors’ location and business spread. Identified the cause of product sales compared to the business index.
- Data showed 60% of businesses doing $100k in MRR in Nigeria were led by non-tech-savvy founders, and located around business market clusters. This showed we weren’t accounting for edge cases.
- Studied the marketing approach by traditional banks and identified the use of field agents as the leading approach to marketing by traditional institutions.
- Ideated a sales agent app to upstage the traditional process. App goal of increasing sales acquisition for Brass banking by onboarding less tech-savvy businesses with good revenue.
